Welcome Letter

Peter Sadler

Peter Sadler, Managing Director

Welcome to FTE Jerez. I am delighted that you have now taken the first steps towards becoming a professional airline pilot with the leading Flight Training Organization in Europe!

Set within the boundary of Jerez International Airport and purpose built for flight training in a typically Spanish Mediterranean style, FTE Jerez has set the benchmark for airline pilot training. Whether conducting tailored courses for airlines or personalized self sponsored training, the FTE Jerez campus is ideally suited to deliver quality pilot training in a truly focused aviation environment. The incorporation of all aspects of training and accommodation on the one campus ensures our students remain focused on achieving the best possible results. Their excellent results, in combination with our links to a wide range of airlines, give our students a significant advantage in gaining employment.

FTE Jerez’s staff, equipment and infrastructure are second to none and we are at the forefront of the development of the latest ab-initio airline training programmes such as the Multicrew Pilot Licence. Our company is the first to reach an agreement to deliver such training with an airline under the regulation of the UK CAA.

You will find in this web an outline of the facilities and campus at Jerez and I look forward to seeing you here.

Many are ex-military or ex-airline pilots who provide a core of experience around which less experienced, but still highly competent young instructors combine. A standards department maintains a structured standardisation program in order to ensure the highest levels of safety and instructional competence. FTE Jerez employs two full time ex-airline simulator instructors, supplemented by current and ex-airline captains, in its synthetic training area.
