Aer Lingus

FTEJerez and Aer Lingus have worked closely together since FTEJerez moved from Prestwick to Spain 10 years ago. Then, FTEJerez trained over 40 students (courses 4, 6, 7 and 9) and was the last FTO to have effectively trained ab initio pilots for Aer Lingus.

In 2012, FTEJerez was selected once again by Aer Lingus as the exclusive flight training provider for the Irish flag carrier.

BA CityFlyer

For many years now FTEJerez has been exclusively chosen as the training provider for BA CityFlyer. In July 2012, BA CityFlyer selected FTEJerez to launch their Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) programme to train their future pilots. This latest training programme extends this longstanding relationship which has resulted in a large number of FTEJerez graduates flying with the airline.

British Airways

FTEJerez has been associated with British Airways for more than 20 years. Prior to September 2001, FTEJerez provided ab-initio pilot training for British Airways’ Trainee Entry Pilot scheme.

FTEJerez is proud to once again have been chosen by BA in 2012 as one of its cadet pilot training providers for the BA Future Pilots Programme. Emirates

Emirates are renowned as a fast-growing international airline with one of the youngest fleets in the sky and more than 400 awards for excellence worldwide. With such a quality background, FTEJerez is honoured to have been selected by Emirates to provide training to their future pilots through its cadet programme.

The prestigious Middle East airline has chosen FTEJerez to provide ab-initio ATPL training to cadets of their National Cadet Program. The decision to select FTEJerez for preparation of its new generation of pilots came after a rigorous selection process, which included many of Europe’s finest FTO’s. FTEJerez’s success reinforces its reputation as the premier airline training establishment in Europe, and adds Emirates to its impressive list of quality airline customers.

Emirates’ decision to choose FTEJerez was based on key factors such as all training and accommodation being delivered on one site, dedicated student care and welfare, excellent local weather and the quality of training delivered, all of which fit perfectly with the Emirates drive for excellence.

Flybe

FTEJerez's training association with Flybe started in 2006, with the establishment of the first airline mentoring scheme within the pilot training industry.

FTEJerez and Flybe have partnered taking the lead to provide the first MPL course under the approval of the UK CAA. This first MPL course started training in June 2009. FTEJerez is currently delivering ab-initio training to a large number of mentored and partially sponsored students from Flybe.

FTEJerez is also SSP approved by Flybe and to date a large number of our students are flying with the Airline. Flybe and FTEJerez regularly hold joint seminars to promote the training required to become a Flybe pilot and the advantages of flying for Flybe at a number of the Airline's bases.

GAPAN

Flight Training Europe is very proud to be associated with the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators. As a result of this association, FTEJerez has been selected to deliver training to 6 GAPAN JN Sommers scholar winners in the last years.

Loganair

Loganair became FTEJerez's SSP partner in early 2006, recruiting students from FTEJerez.

Middle East Airlines

The commencement of FTEJerez’s relationship with MEA started in 2005. Currently there are a large number of MEA students undertaking Ab inito training at Jerez.

To date, a high number of MEA students have graduated from FTEJerez, it is anticipated that this partnership will last for many years to come.

Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways is one of the fastest growing airlines in the world, flying to over 90 leisure and business destinations across six different continents. FTEJerez provides training to the 5-star airline’s National Cadet Programme and Part Sponsored cadets. In addition, FTEJerez graduates are now working for the airline as first officers.

Thomas Cook

Thomas Cook is one of the best-known names in the travel industry. FTEJerez has been selected to train Thomas Cook’s part sponsored cadets adding yet another premium European airline to our quality list of airline partners.

Thomson Airways

FTEJerez’s training association with Thomsonfly started in 2001. To date FTEJerez has graduated 71 Thomsonfly students via their sponsorship and approved schemes. Last course of Thomsonfly approved students was graduated in December 2008.

FTEJerez is also SSP approved by Thomsonfly and a large number of our students are flying with the Airline.

Afriqiyah Airways

Afriqiyah Airways provides transportation services for passengers, cargo and mail in Libya and abroad and aims to become the main link between Africa, Europe and Asia through Libya.

In August 2012, FTEJerez was assigned with the training of Afriqiyah’s future captains, delivering foundation training followed by the fully integrated ATPL course to the Afriqiyah Airways cadets.

Vueling

Vueling is one of Europe’s most dynamic and fast growing airlines currently serving more than 100 destinations around Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

In 2012, FTEJerez was chosen by Vueling to provide the airline with graduates for employment as first officers, becoming the first Spanish-based airline to have contracted FTEJerez as an official provider. With this agreement, FTEJerez cadets with an outstanding academic background have had the opportunity to start their flying career with this successful European airline.

Volotea

Volotea is one of Europe’s young and fast growing airlines, operating from Venice and Nantes and currently serving 35 destinations around Europe.

FTEJerez is proud to be in partnership with Barcelona based Volotea since late 2012, with the first selected graduates having joined the airline to commence line training in February 2013.

Volotea’s choice of FTEJerez as a provider of quality trained pilots to be employed as the airline’s future captains is further proof of the high regard the international aviation community has for the quality training FTEJerez provides.
