Airline Partners

The high quality of the training provided by FTE JEREZ is widely recognised by the Airlines, having been chosen to select and train a number sponsored and approved cadets for Airlines since the college commenced operations in 1999.

These Airlines include:

Flybe

FTE's training association with Flybe started in 2006, with the establishment of the first airline mentoring scheme within the pilot training industry.

FTE and FLYBE have partnered taking the lead to provide the first MPL course under de approval of the UK CAA. This first MPL course started training in June 2009.

FTE is currently delivering Ab Initio training to a large number of mentored and partially sponsored students from Flybe.

FTE is also SSP approved by Flybe and to date a large number of our students are flying with the Airline. Flybe and FTE regularly hold joint seminars to promote the training required to become a Flybe pilot and the advantages of flying for Flybe at a number of the Airline's bases.

“Flybe has long recognised the advantages gained by working closely with Flight Training Organisations to recruit pilots trained to the requirements of a demanding high frequency, short haul operation. Flight Training Europe has proved that it can readily identify the required qualities and has consistently provided pilots to Flybe who meet these exacting standards.  Flybe also recognises FTE's innovation and forward planning such that we have now reached agreement to run the UK's first training course as a partner leading to the award of a Multi Pilot Licence. The airline now offers both mentored and sponsorship schemes at FTE to assist with training costs on both traditional ATPL and MPL courses.”
