
From the first day of aptitude testing through until a job interview, FTE´s focus is on helping each student to obtain a position in the right seat of an airliner. The aptitude tests are measured against ability to reach airline standard performance. All of the training is a focused on airline techniques and personal attributes sought by airlines.
Our additional efforts to assist graduates find employment is extensive. We do not have a fancy name for these steps, but they are nevertheless substantial, and effective.
Towards the end of training, all students are provided training in CV preparation and interview preparation and techniques. Advice and practical experience in typical airline sim assessments are also included.
Our contacts with a wide range of European and other airlines means that we are able to assist with intelligence about who is recruiting and when. We have a dedicated person who remains in contact with airlines in order to provide graduates with advice on where to apply and how.
For six months after graduation our HR consultant based in UK is available to hone the job hunting skills and to provide other advice and support.
Subject to simulator availability, we commit to provide ex-students with pre-sim assessment practice and advice free of charge.
No flashing lights and glib titles, no extra cost, but effective!
