Airlines and us
The high quality of the pilot training provided by FTEJerez is widely recognised as an industry benchmark by airlines, having been chosen to select and train a number of sponsored and approved cadets for Airlines since the college commenced operations.
FTEJerez graduates are highly valued by the airline industry with a large number having successfully gained employment as First Officer in a wide range of airlines.
Towards the end of training all students are provided training in CV preparation and interview preparation techniques. Advice and practical experience in typical airline sim assessments are also included in our syllabus.
Our contacts with a wide range of European and other international airlines mean that we are able to assist with intelligence about who is recruiting and when. We have a dedicated person who remains in contact with airlines in order to provide graduates with advice on where to apply and how.
We can’t promise that you will definitely have a job upon graduation at FTEJerez, but we can guarantee that with our dedicated career service, quality training and strong relations with airlines, you will have the best possible opportunity to achieve your dreams.

FTEJerez has long enjoyed close relationships with a range of first tier airlines. It was this close understanding of airlines’ needs for quality trained young people that led us to create the first mentored scheme, some years back. We have expanded the number of airlines who see this practice as a sound way to recruit first officers over the years, and many other FTO’s have copied our initiative.
