FTE Jerez celebrates Spanish World Cup success!

Following the wave of joyful madness in the whole country, all Spanish staff attended work on Monday wearing red t-shirts, in homage to Spain’s historical World Cup triumph on Sunday.
Emirates cadets to train at FTE Jerez

The prestigious Middle East airline Emirates has chosen FTE Jerez to provide ab initio ATPL training to cadets of their National Cadet Program. The decision to select FTE Jerez for preparation of its new generation of pilots came after a rigorous selection process, which included many of Europe’s finest FTO’s. FTE Jerez’s success reinforces its reputation as the premier airline training establishment in Europe, and adds Emirates to its impressive list of quality airline customers.
Airbus factory visit

On 27th May five students on FTE Jerez’s foundation course, along with three members of staff, visited Airbus’s production facility in Puerto Real, Cádiz. This factory produces Horizontal Tailplane sections and control surfaces for the Airbus A340 and A380.

Flybe and Qatar Airways have recently offered FTE Jerez graduates positions as first officers. The high quality of the training provided by FTE Jerez continues to be widely recognized by the Airlines and even during these difficult times, the Airlines still rely on FTE Jerez for recruiting and training.
CityJet Mentored Cadet Pilot Program 2010

FTEJerez is proud to announce a Mentored Cadet Pilot Program with Cityjet for 2010. The program will begin soon to find highly motivated young men and women to undergo fulltime Integrated ATPL training at Jerez, beginning in November 2010.
FTE Jerez receives the CAA official document for the certification of English Language for License Issue

As FTE Jerez announced last February, we are the first organisation of any kind to be formally approved by the UK CAA to test and certify English Language Proficiency levels for license issue.

With the arrival of the spring weather, FTE Jerez has prepared a completely free Wireless Area for all those students who wish to connect to the Internet from the Social Club or the areas surrounding the swimming pool.
Upcoming seminars in Manchester and Liverpool

FTE Jerez is happy to confirm that we will carryout two seminars in the UK on the 13th and 14th of March at 11:00am. We will be in Manchester on Saturday and in Liverpool on Sunday, at the Manchester Hilton Airport Hotel and at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool – John Lennon Airport respectively.
Course 82 Graduation

Last Friday the 5th of February 2010, Graduation of Course 82 was held at our Campus in Jerez. The graduates comprised students from our airline partner Flybe, as well as self-sponsored students.
