FTEJerez has marked a major milestone with the successful graduation of the first group of Kuwait Airways cadets to complete their training under the MPL programme.
The eight cadets completed a comprehensive training pathway that began at FTEJerez’s main campus in Jerez, where they undertook their core theoretical and flight training. This was followed by Type Rating training at FTE’s advanced simulator facilities in Madrid, before moving on to base training in Kuwait, where the final phase of their preparation is now being completed.
The programme has been carefully tailored to meet the airline’s specific operational requirements, ensuring a smooth transition from training to line operations.
The collaboration continues to grow, with 25 Kuwait Airways cadets currently progressing through training, and a new group of 18 cadets set to join the programme in Spring 2026. This long-term commitment underlines Kuwait Airways’ confidence in FTEJerez as a reliable training partner capable of delivering consistent results at scale.
FTEJerez looks forward to continuing its support of Kuwait Airways as the airline invests in the next generation of professional pilots.
