For those suitably experienced, progression to IRI and CRI can be very quick

FTEJerez, today announced that the company is once again on a recruitment drive to hire qualified Flight Instructors over the following months. All roles will be based at FTE’s aviation campus in Jerez, Spain. FTEJerez has continued its growth by means of new airline partnerships and record cadet intakes, with a more than positive outlook going into 2017 and beyond.

FTE’s Head of Operations, Capt. Chris Burwell mentioned that “regardless of previous experience, the majority of our instructors join at the basic level but, for those suitably experienced, progression to IRI and CRI can be very quick. Flying hours come quickly in this environment and for those wishing to progress to airlines, FTEJerez will assist instructors in their career move where possible, once they have completed 2 years with the company”.

FTEJerez is specifically interested in meeting and recruiting candidates holding a current EASA CPL/IR, an FI rating with instructional experience and with an IRI rating or close to 200 IFR hours being an advantage. Selected candidates are required to successfully complete a thorough standardisation course to ensure their training standards are in line with FTE’s quality system. In addition, in this occasion FTEJerez is also looking to recruit experienced FI’s with a proven track record in the industry for the positions of Chief Flying Instructor and Flying Programme Manager.

Candidates interested in applying for the current positions on offer, can find detailed information at www.ftejerez.com/jobs.
