From the 10th to the 16th of April 2023, FTEJerez ATC Services hosted 16 military air traffic controllers from the Rota Naval Base for the fourth edition of their training at FTE’s tower simulator.

During the course, they practiced exercises on unusual and emergency situations, such as engine failures, bird strikes, and runway incursions. The objective of the training was to refresh their knowledge, abilities, and skills to handle such situations in their daily operations at the military Rota Base control tower.
