Candidate profile
Following submission of the application, suitable candidates will be invited to attend an interview. Requirements to apply for this programme are:
- To hold the right to live and work in the EU.
- Hold a current and valid EASA CPL and Class 1 medical.
- Minimum ICAO 5 English Language Proficiency.

FTEJerez Instructor Sponsorship
Successful candidates meeting FTEJerez's performance standards will commence a fully sponsored FI rating course at FTEJerez. Accommodation and all training fees will be covered by FTEJerez, deductible from salary through a bond.
On completion of the rating, the successful candidate will be offered a permanent full-time employment contract as an FI at FTEJerez.
FTEJerez will expect a return of service employment. During this time, you will be encouraged and assisted to develop your professional qualifications. Full details will be provided to selected candidates during the interview stage.
